Laura Madunovic 2 weeks ago I had Alexander over to fix a shower cartridge for us and he was only in our home for 1hr 30 mins. Knew what was wrong right away and fixed it quickly. He even fixed our sink handle that kept falling off, without being asked, or charging us for it. He spoke a little Russian with my brother which was nice and was quiet and efficient. These guys got back to me the same day I reached out, they sent someone out the next day, AND sent me text updates to let me know when someone was on the way to my house. Great experience will look to these guys again for help if needed!

From the moment I called, they knew exactly what was wrong and were able to send someone out right away. They were also the only place in town who quoted me over the phone, and provided me with the assurance that I wasn’t going to get another band-aid fix.
